PAN Card Tracking, Income Tax Pan Card Status
In case of new PAN applications, and in order to track your PAN Card details, you require the following information.
- Appropriate type of PAN Card application and whether it happens to be a grievance application or a fresh application.
- The correct application number.
- Coupon number
- Name of applicant.
- If available the PAN number, in case of grievance applications.
The PAN card application status can be tracked for a new or reprinted PAN Card, or for even a corrected PAN Card application, by using the fifteen digit exclusive number on the acknowledgement card issued. This is possible three days subsequent to submission of application.
You can quite easily check the status of your application for new PAN or reprint of PAN Card or else, even track details of changes and corrections in PAN details by using the fifteen digit unique acknowledgement number given at the time of application.

Yet again, track the status of PAN Card by mentioning the twelve digit transaction number which will be displayed on screen at the time of application.
Change the mode of payment to cheque or Demand Draft, if the payment through the credit card has been unsuccessful and regenerate and print the acknowledgement receipt within thirty days of the date of application for PAN Card submitted online.
